Cool and useful tips you should know
01.
If your room/suite does not have Wifi you can alway use the lobby’s.

Password: conchaschinas
This connection extends only to the lobby and pool area.

Check-in for all guests is at 3p.m.
Early check-in is subject to availability and can incur in an extra cost.
Check-out for all guests is at 12p.m.
Late check-out after 12 p.m. is possible but is subject to availability and for an extra cost. Please call reception.
Remember that there are other guests coming in and we need to have everything just as impeccable as it was for you.

Beach towels are necessary for the beach and pool. You can request them directly at the front desk.
Only 1 towel per adult is allowed.

If your Suite does not have washer/dryer you can always request laundry service by calling the front desk.
Prices are in mexican pesos or the equivalent in USD. This amount is paid directly to the housekeeper, they will be happy to assist you.
150MXN for a small load.
200MXN for a big load.

Usually taxi cabs and Uber to downtown are around 60MXN (3USD)
Taxi service is available at anytime in the hotel. You can request a taxi cab by contacting the front desk.
Uber X (up to 3 or 4 passengers) is only available in PV and can be requested from here.
Public transportation is available. The bus stop is just on the other side of the highway in front of the hotel.

We always deliver your room/suite ready with the cable channels but we understand that remote controls can be confusing for some people. It is a common issue that guests change the TV source, so here are the instructions to fix this:
There are 2 remote controls:
1. Grab the TV control
2. Click on source button (usually says “input” or “source”)
3. Change source to AV or HDMI

Your Suite includes 1 water jug.
If you require more you can request it by calling the front desk.
The price is 60MXN and it is paid directly when the water is received.

Food delivery apps are available in the neighborhood: Uber Eats or Rappi. Both are safe and you can pay in cash or card.
