Rates

• Rooms rates on Hotel Playa Conchas Chinas are charged on a per room night basis.
• All rates quoted in US dollars or any other currency will be converted into local currency (MXN) Mexican pesos upon settlement.
• All rates include applicable government taxes.
• Rooms rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Hotel Reservations

• Bookings can be made online through https://hotelconchaschinas.com/, by telephone through +52 322 22 157 63 or by email through reservaciones@hotelconchaschinas.com.
• Reservations are only valid with a Guarantee Deposit or credit/debit card.

Check-in | Check-out

• Check-in is after 3:00 p.m. CST
• Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. CST
• Parking – no charges applied

Payment

• A credit/debit card is required to make a reservation. All payments should be made to Hotel Playa Conchas Chinas.

Cancellation, changes and no-show policies

• Cancellations depend on the dates of your stay. Check our cancellation policy.
• Changes to your reservation are subject to the hotel’s availability.
• Hotel Playa Conchas Chinas reserves the right to charge your debit/credit card with a fee equal to a set number of booked nights.

Cancellation fees are based on the season: 

• General cancellation policy: *Free cancellation 72 hrs before arrival. If you cancel later or in case of no show, only the 1st night (plus tax) will be charged to the guest’s card.
• High season cancellation policy: * Free cancellation 16 days before arrival. If you cancel later or in case of no show, 100% of the total of your stay (plus tax) will be charged.
• Exact payment dates / charges to card will be shown before completing your reservation online.

High Season

• Periods: December 21 – February 29 (Winter Holidays); April 6 – April 20 (Spring Break); July 1 – August 18 (Summer Break).

Minimum Stay and rental rates

• The minimum staying date for all accommodations is 1 night except for the Presidential and Panoramic Suites, which are of 2 nights minimum. 

Guest Behavior

• You are expected to maintain a conduct respecting the space and integrity of other guests. As well as respect for hotel facilities and the beach. It is forbidden to leave trash on the beach.
• You are responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or a member of your group. The total payment for any damage or loss must be paid before your departure. If you do not make the payment, you will be responsible for complying with any claim (including legal costs) subsequently filed against us as a result of your actions along with all the costs that we incur to file any claim against you.
